What is the Realtor Referral Program?

We have a large amount of inquiries for this program. This program is designed to help us deal with our large number of requests of people looking to sell or purchase a home.

We will refer you a borrower who has been pre-approved through FNMA - Federal National Mortgage Association on their website. This borrower has asked us to get pre-approved & is now ready to shop for a home.

A referral fee is paid to Solomon Financial Mortgage of 26% of the total commission. Or you can sign up to become a member of our team.

There is no cost to sign up for our Realtor Referral Program. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all areas of Southern California, so we've designed this partnership arrangement to accommodate the numerous requests we get, all throughout the region.
